Job description

$2800 - $3300 (Depends on experience) + AWS + VB

8am - 5pm (Mon – Fri)

Work Location: Suntec (4 min walking distance from Promenade MRT)

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Develop a strong understanding of sales operations and process flows to support improvements in efficiency and the removal of non-value-added activities.

• Lead or support the analysis of current processes using continuous improvement tools to identify gaps and recommend enhancements.

• Monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics to ensure effective execution and desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with regional teams on business process reviews, performance monitoring, reporting, and improvement analysis.

• Assess the risks of different process changes and compare the costs and benefits of current operations.

• Participate in key projects for approximately three months each year, which may require extended working hours during peak periods.

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Logistic or a related field is required.

• Min of 2 years of experience in logistic or supply chain industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
