Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Test Automation

1. Build automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca (training materials to be provided)
2. Liaise with client business users to understand the user flows/journeys for the existing application
3. Building a playbook/guidebook on use cases and best practices for Test Automation
4. Participate in discovery workshops with vendor on Tosca

Change Management

1. Plan the strategy/timeline for Tosca adoption
2. Prepare training materials/curriculum for client team members
3. Train the client teams on Tosca tool and guide them to build automated test cases

Operations & Maintenance

1. Collaborate with client business users to support testing efforts for service requests

Skills/Experience

1. Possessing Tosca knowledge is beneficial, but not a critical consideration as training will be provided.
2. General interest in learning a new tool/certification.
3. Good consulting/communication/presentation skills will be important in the change management aspect of the role.
