Desired Qualities

  1. Basic understanding of FX concepts, industry, and financial markets.
  2. Experience in trading, sales trading, or account management in Equities, FX, Digital Assets, or Fixed Income markets preferred.
  3. Interest in a customer-focused role with an emphasis on creating long-lasting partnerships.
  4. Basic understanding of product management, including defining a Minimum Viable Product and feature commercialization.
  5. Interest in technology and problem solving.

Job Description:

New Client Implementations
  1. Coordinate and run project kick-offs for clients new to the MaxxTrader system and environment.
  2. Assist in defining business requirements through client discussions and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
  3. Design functional solutions and user workflows; document functional specifications.
  4. Formalize business requirements using tools like Confluence and JIRA, including document analysis, requirements workshops, and business process descriptions.
  5. Liaise and build relationships across stakeholders to manage expectations.
  6. Participate actively in client expectation management.
Mature Clients
  1. Work actively with mature clients, understanding their system usage and conducting periodic check-ins.
  2. Collaborate with internal support teams during production issues and maintain good communication with clients.
  3. Contribute to internal planning, delivery, and client communication.
  4. Attend demos for new functionality and project catch-ups with clients.
Strategic Initiatives
  1. Help define MaxxTrader's Customer Strategy.
  2. Provide insights into MaxxTrader’s ROEs on client communications.
  3. Help drive change and efficiency in client implementations and maintenance.
  4. Offer innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, standardization, and user experience, and support business initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
  1. Assist in sales and business development by generating client trading analytics reports.
  2. Analyze clients' trading activity to suggest solutions for achieving best execution.
  3. Prepare, analyze, and distribute custom trade analytics reports for monthly trading data.
  4. Help create, update, and maintain trade reporting dashboards for executive and management teams.
