Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that blend investment analysis, project management, and administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will contribute to assessing market opportunities, driving the development of new educational initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence in launching affordable schools in Malaysia and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Analysis & Financial Modelling

• Conduct detailed market research to assess conditions, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.

• Build and analyze financial models to evaluate business opportunities and investment scenarios.

• Perform valuation analysis to determine future business potential and return on investment (ROI).

• Present findings and recommendations through concise and insightful reports.

2. Project Operationalization: Affordable Schools Initiative

• Support the planning and execution of all efforts required to launch new affordable schools in Malaysia and Vietnam.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure project alignment.

• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and milestone tracking.

• Assist in coordinating with local regulatory authorities for school approvals and compliance.

• Contribute to the design of operational workflows for school management and support services.

3. Administrative Support

• Manage scheduling, documentation, and communications related to projects and stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records of project data, market insights, and financial analysis.

• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

• Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
