Job Role: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the elicitation and documentation of detailed functional specifications derived from business requirements.
• Analyze and design “to-be” business and operational processes aligned with requirements.
• Conduct impact assessments and provide effort estimations for enhancements or changes.
• Manage risks and issues related to requirements, including scope creep.

Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and testers to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories and test scenarios using tools like JIRA.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.

Testing & Change Management

• Support testing activities, clarify findings, and classify them appropriately.
• Perform impact analysis and estimations for Project Change Requests.

Subject Matter Expertise

• Maintain knowledge of transaction banking, policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Provide insights on technology trends and customer expectations.
