Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing projects, ensuring they align with business goals and are completed on time.
- Collect and interpret data to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate findings and recommendations.
- Write clear and detailed business requirements and documentation.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand business performance.
- Test business processes and recommend improvements based on findings.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Work with various departments to implement solutions and improve productivity.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, information technology, computer science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies, both traditional and Agile/Scrum.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and documentation.
