  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Develop use cases, process flows, business requirement documents (BRDs), and user stories.
  • Collaborate with IT, product, and project teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Monitor project progress and assist with change management and post-implementation review.
  • Support business intelligence and reporting initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
