Responsibilities:

• Participate in the software development lifecycle and agile methodology, covering project initiation, requirements gathering, development, implementation, maintenance, and review phases.
• Coordinate extensively with clients and vendors; lead design thinking sessions and requirements discussions; analyze requirements to assess feasibility; identify gaps and technical challenges.
• Translate user requirements into use cases and technical solutions; communicate requirements to technical teams ensuring system alignment.
• Optional: Define system architecture, high-level and detailed designs, and architectural policies; explain technical decisions to clients.
• Prepare and review documentation including requirements, design specifications, data management frameworks, and infrastructure needs.
• Develop and deliver training programs for users; create test plans and cases, and ensure comprehensive testing and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot system issues; perform change impact analysis; collaborate with local and offshore teams; assist in pre-sales solutions and proposals.

Requirements:

• Experience in banking domain.
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst and tester; Java experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, persistence in issue resolution, and experience with change management.
• Ability to analyze backend logs, perform data mapping, and conduct functional/backend testing with traceability.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Development skills in Java, proficiency in Jira and SQL are pluses.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and demonstrate commitment.
• Customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
