Role Overview

We are seeking an analytical and driven Business Analyst to join a dynamic product team at a leading firm in the financial technology sector. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our trading platforms by serving as a critical link between our business stakeholders, engineering teams, and designers. Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, and document clear product and feature requirements, including user stories, process workflows, and technical specifications.
• Product Lifecycle Support: Contribute to all phases of the product development lifecycle, from initial discovery and research through to development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
• Market & User Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to generate insights that inform product strategy and decision-making.
• Backlog Management: Take ownership of prioritizing and managing the team's product backlog, ensuring all items are clearly defined and aligned with strategic business goals.
• Performance Measurement: Assist in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyzing product data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to facilitate smooth development execution.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential product issues, risks, and dependencies, working with the team to find effective resolutions and keep projects on track.

Core Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a business analysis, product, or project coordination role, preferably within the financial trading or fintech industry.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adaptability: A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Agile Knowledge: A solid understanding of Agile development principles and practices, such as Scrum and Kanban.

Desired Attributes

• A genuine passion for financial technology, digital assets, and the trading landscape.
• Foundational knowledge of financial markets, trading concepts, or trading platforms is highly advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with product and project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Figma.
