Job description

1. Data Analysis and Visualization: Collect, analyse, and maintain dashboards to monitor vessel performance across various parameters including:

- PMS, VM Inspections, PSC, SIRE, LTIs, SFR etc.

- Performance summary of individual fleet groups Tech and Ops

- Analysis of Incidents

2. OPEX Monitoring: Track and analyse fleet OPEX, identifying and reporting anydiscrepancies.

3. Budget Assistance: Support management in year-end fleet expense analysis for budget preparation.

4. Environment Compliance:Maintaining records, monitoring, analyzing data and providing technical assistance for various environmental indicators such as air pollution, water pollution, and plastic waste.

- Support in monitoring vessels adherence with statutory requirements and company policies related to environment management of ships.

5. Reporting: Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

6. Technical Data Visualization and Benchmarking: Interpret technical management data, generate comparative insights across the fleet, and prepare reports/presentations for management, including industry benchmarking.

7. Technical Report Support: Assist the team in compiling technical reports for various stakeholders.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business, IT or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
