The role encompasses pre-sales support, business analysis, testing, and post-implementation support, requiring strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, along with a relevant degree and experience.

As a Business Analyst – AI Solutions, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between client needs and AI-driven technical solutions. You will work closely with clients, data scientists, solution architects, and software engineers to define business problems, capture requirements, and ensure AI implementations deliver measurable value. You’ll also support the pre-sales process, testing, and post-implementation efforts to ensure project success from end to end.
• Conduct customer visits to review high-level requirements and outline potential business benefits of AI solutions.
• Participate in industry events and exhibitions, providing product and solution demonstrations at the Company’s booth.
• Collaborate with solution architects and sales teams to define and present tailored AI proposals and value propositions.
• Gather, validate, and analyze business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Perform stakeholder analysis to identify roles, responsibilities, and communication flows.
• Document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Create and maintain business process maps and workflow diagrams to support solution design.
• Liaise with development teams to ensure accurate understanding and execution of requirements.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies aligned with business and project goals.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, ensuring completeness and alignment with functional specifications.
• Coordinate client-side testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and sign-offs.
• Log, track, and validate bug fixes and enhancements.
• Provide support during implementation phases by clarifying requirements, reviewing deliverables, and assisting in issue resolution.
• Assist in deployment activities, including validation, release coordination, and documentation updates.
• Offer post-implementation support including issue triage, facilitating enhancement discussions, and transitioning solutions to operational teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or product roles—preferably in a technology or AI/ML-focused environment.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution delivery lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies, automation tools, or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS, GCP, OpenAI).
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, and ethical considerations in AI deployment.
• Industry experience in sectors such as healthcare, logistics, financial services, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous.
