Our customer is a leading private bank in Singapore that provides front-to-back integrated treasury solution. Bank is planning to onboard their non treasury center entities onto Murex 3.1. Luxoft has been chosen as the System Integrator partner for this project and will have key roles across all the streams - Accounting, Back Office, Finance, Risk, Integration, Reporting, Test Management, Configuration & Environment management Scrum Master/Business Analyst. We are looking for experienced & motivated Murex colleagues to join this exciting program and contribute towards the success of this engagement.

Responsibilities

Understand/Define objectives and scope of business system/requirements

Generate/Document applicable use case scenarios for the functionality testing team

Able to conduct Business workshops to gather requirements

Write functional Specifications and get sign-off from business users

Able to communicate business requirements with Technical team and help Technical team to come up with Good design document

Write and Review Test case

Involve in Quality assurance testing

Involve in Cadence calls with business and Technical team as bridge and categorize defects, and articulate resolution

Work with the IT development team to ensure that they understand the specifications / business requirements / objectives

Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders

Verify that the user requirements are achievable and support business users during UAT and post-implementation phases

Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues. Work with Solution Architects, Systems Analysts, and Developers to produce high-quality deliverables

Skills

Must have

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a deep understanding of financial products.

Domain knowledge in Financial Services industry is compulsory.

Experience in defining business analysis, solution standards, and processes.

Strong analytical skills with ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.

Experience in driving digital initiatives with business and operations will be an advantage. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
