Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: (Only Native applicants)

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Process Improvement & Solution Design

• Analyze business processes and recommend enhancements.
• Develop business cases and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design technical solutions.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and other departments.
• Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations to discuss findings.
• Manage expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Use data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance.
• Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

Testing & Implementation Support

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support implementation and post-go-live analysis.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience of 2-4 years in relevant field
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience in business process modeling (BPM)
• Familiarity with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Jira
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Bachelor's degree
