Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or related field;CPA or CA preferred.

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis and reporting, Financial Modelling, Budgeting and Forecasting.

• Regional exposure

• Exposure working in trading/ manufacturing environment

• Experience in business partnering essential

• Experience in analyzing and advising the company financial performance overview to Business Unit management directly

• Experience in Singapore Statutory Compliance and submission

• Strong proficiency in financial tools and software (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.), Power BI, Oracle BI, JD Edwards, CRM/PRM systems).

• Solid understanding of US GAAP

• Ability to analyse complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.

• Proficient in using financial software and developing sophisticated financial models and creating effective dashboards and visualizations.

• Financial Planning and Budgeting

• Ability to identify and analyse financial problems and develop effective solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, listening, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
