- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams aligned with the company’s environmental mission.
- Provide guidance on scaling operations, product diversification, and entry into new sustainability-focused markets.
B. Business Development Support
- Assist in preparing and reviewing proposals, tenders, and commercial agreements related to sustainability projects.
- Advise on negotiation strategies with stakeholders, including government agencies, town councils, corporates, and NGOs.
- Support in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with industry leaders and community stakeholders.
C. Market & Industry Insights
- Provide up-to-date insights on sustainability trends, green technology innovations, and regulatory developments in Singapore and the region.
- Benchmark company performance against industry best practices.
D. Operational Guidance
- Advise on process optimisation for eco-friendly operations, including waste management, recycling, and resource efficiency.
- Recommend measurable sustainability KPIs and reporting methods.
E. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure strategies align with local and international environmental regulations and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) frameworks.
- Advise on grant applications, incentives, and certifications related to sustainability.
F. Training & Capacity Building
- Conduct advisory sessions or workshops for management teams on sustainable business practices and market trends.
- Mentor internal teams on strategic thinking and sustainability integration into business operations.
Expected Deliverables
- Monthly advisory report outlining market insights, opportunities, and progress against agreed objectives.
- Strategic roadmap for [year/quarter] growth, including priority initiatives.
- Review and feedback on business proposals, tenders, or agreements within 7 working days of submission.
