About The Federation of Merchants’ Associations, Singapore (FMAS) :
FMAS is a non-profit organization that represents and champions the heartland merchants in Singapore. We organize various events and programs to ensure our members and heartland merchants’ continual participation, learning and improvement to brace the new era of competition. FMAS works very closely with ministries, government agencies and other public and private stakeholders to drive projects to develop and improve heartland businesses.
About Heartland Enterprise Centre Singapore Pte Ltd (HECS) :
HECS is a subsidiary of FMAS. HECS’ objectives are to champion and catalyze precinct rejuvenation projects for town centres with the support of the relevant government agencies and other public and private stakeholders.
