Job Summary:

The administrator plays a vital role in daily operations, performing administrative (IT-related) and clerical duties to ensure efficient office functioning, supporting senior management, and assisting with various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Office Management:
    • Oversee office operations, manage supplies and equipment, maintain a clean environment, and coordinate meetings and schedules.
  2. Communication & Correspondence:
    • Answer and direct calls and emails, handle inquiries, and prepare correspondence and reports.
  3. Data Entry & Record Keeping:
    • Maintain databases and files, ensure data security and confidentiality.
  4. Scheduling & Calendar Management:
    • Manage calendars, arrange travel, and organize meeting logistics.
  5. Financial & Budget Support:
    • Assist with budget management, invoices, expenses, and financial reporting.
  6. Human Resources Support:
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and staff inquiries.
  7. Project Assistance:
    • Coordinate projects, maintain schedules, and collaborate across departments.
  8. Reporting & Document Preparation:
    • Prepare reports and documentation for management, audits, or meetings.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Experience in administration or office management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and office equipment.
