Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of Faith Assemble Pte Ltd. This role requires a detail-oriented and resourceful individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently, coordinate internal processes, and contribute to the overall success of our mission to empower human resources through motivational coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
    Organize and update company documents, contracts, and client records.
    Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and replenished when needed.
  • Operational Coordination Coordinate between different departments to streamline processes and ensure efficient workflows.
    Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and proposals.
    Support the implementation of consultancy programs and workshops.
  • Client Engagement Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely communication.
    Assist with onboarding new clients by managing documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Event and Workshop Management Provide logistical support for coaching sessions, workshops, and seminars.
    Coordinate with trainers, venues, and participants to ensure events run smoothly.
  • Finance and Budget Support Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
    Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Process Improvement Identify areas for administrative process optimization and propose solutions.
    Support the implementation of new tools and systems to enhance productivity.
