Business Administration Officer (1 year contract/ SAP/ Logistics) JM50

Working location: West Side

Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Salary: up to $4,000 + Completion bonus

Job Description:

• Plan, monitor, and report monthly delivery schedule based on your assigned country.
• Plan, monitor and work closely with members of Sales and Engineering Departments to secure project specification and approved engineering drawings submission with clients.
• Co-ordinate, monitor and follow-up with related department on project delivery parts delivery and slay shortage. Provide inputs to Design schedule and participate in Design department meetings.
• Plan and monitor CKD parts delivery or local inventory store-outs.
• Participate in the compliance to ISO 9001-2015 Quality Standards and ISO 14000 Environmental Management Standards.
• Any job required by the Job Supervisor in the course of work.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding in current IT trends.
• Good business acumen and understanding about the concept of profit and loss.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Prior experience in SAP HANA, ORACLE ERP, data visualization tool in MS Power BI, Tableau.
• Prior experience in building systems' project management is an advantage.
