Business Administration & HR Executive

Join PC Dreams Group as a Business Administrative & HR Executive and contribute to the smooth running of HR, administrative, and operational processes. This role supports internal coordination, external liaison, and ensures compliance with HR and business policies. Your work will play a key role in driving efficiency, supporting staff engagement, and maintaining day-to-day business continuity.

Key responsibilities:

1. Human Resources Administration

  • Manage recruitment process including job postings, interview coordination and phone screening.
  • Maintain accurate and complete digital records of all HR documents and ensure timely issuance of HR letters.
  • Ensure smooth pass applications and renewal for foreign staff.
  • Communicate closely with department heads to facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding, including asset allocation and user account management.
  • Manage payroll and claims processing, including attendance checking, commissions and incentive calculations and government claims.
  • Manpower availability update to stakeholders including regular update on leave consumption and internship schedule.
  • Internship management including recruitment, stakeholders management and evaluations.
  • Employees well-being management, including performance evaluation, emotional well-being and employee engagement.
  • Support talent management by promoting continuous on-the-job training and improvement through collaborating with departments to review learning materials and SOP.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR policies.

2. Business administration

  • Manage company resources including assets, consumables, and SaaS credential management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support all business administration.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely renewals of corporate registrations and other administrative documents.
  • Work closely with the Account team for government grants/surveys and other applications.

3. Business Excellence

  • Support the director in areas of business excellence.
  • Regular update of inventory and sales reports to support management’s data analysis and strategy planning.
  • Plan and coordinate stock audit.
  • Business process review for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed. Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment will have an advantage.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, open and adaptable to new digital tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
