    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales management, office supply coordination, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn.Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Assist the sales team in tracking leads, customer interactions, and maintaining CRM systems. Prepare sales reports, monitor sales performance, and provide administrative support to meet team goals. Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth communication and follow-up. Office Supply Management: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed. Ensure all office equipment is maintained and functioning efficiently. Manage vendor relationships to negotiate pricing and timely delivery of office essentials. Logistics Management: Support the planning and execution of logistics operations, including shipment coordination and tracking. Maintain accurate records of logistics processes and inventory movement. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
