Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning:
  • Design and execute strategic plans that support the organization’s goals and objectives.
Operational Oversight:
  • Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
Financial Management:
  • Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting to maintain fiscal responsibility and maximize profitability.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior leadership.
Performance Metrics:
  • Define and track performance indicators to evaluate organizational effectiveness and highlight areas for improvement.
Project Management:
  • Manage major projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with strategic priorities.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and communications for senior management.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential files, records, and databases.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and serve as a liaison for internal and external interactions.
  • Support the creation and enforcement of administrative policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and handle procurement coordination as necessary.

Requirement:


  • Experienced in business administration/ business management/ running own small business/ any relevant
  • Proficiency in project management and Office Suites.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
