Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
  • Prior experience in ERP Systems preferred.

  • Coordinate project delivery and parts delivery with relevant departments.
  • Provide input to Design schedule and participate in Design meetings.

# 5-day work week, Monday to Friday; 8.30am to 5.45pm

An established elevator/escalator company is seeking suitable candidates to join its growing team as Business Admin Executives managing end-to-end supply chain across international markets in Asia. Potential candidates will have the opportunity for regional exposure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, monitor, and report monthly delivery schedule based on the assigned country

  • Work closely with stakeholders from relevant departments to secure project specification and submit engineering drawings to clients for approval

  • Coordinate, monitor and follow-up with related department on project delivery, parts delivery and slay shortage

  • Provide input to Design schedule and participate in Design department meetings

  • Plan and monitor parts delivery or local inventory store-outs

  • Any ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent

  • Prior experience in ERP Systems preferred

  • Some experience in project management is advantageous

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
