Job description

Salary: $3500 - $4000

Duration: 1 year (Renewable/Convertible)

Working Location: Seletar

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-time expenses claim submission for relevant stakeholders and their teams
  • Support internal stakeholders, customers, vendors and officials visits
  • Support the team in providing calendar management to the relevant stakeholders
  • Support complex travel arrangement for relevant stakeholders and their teams
  • Support travel budget and process travel billing through close Finance collaboration
  • Adhere to the company travel policy for relevant stakeholders and team
  • Support the creation of purchase requisition for respective Cost Centers
  • Support Employee onboarding
  • Support issuance of employment Badge (Local & Overseas)
  • Handle mailer, registration, courier services, company cards, brochures etc
  • Handle all admin matters for the smooth operation of the team including maintaining proper e-filing/filing
  • Support printing of official documents for campaigns and events
  • Support to ensure sufficient supply of office stationeries and office pantry supplies

  • Good knowledge in MS office (Outlook & PowerPoint essentials) – G-Suite is a plus
  • At ease with new ways of working and digital tools (HUB, community…)
  • Strong experience managing daily operation business and administrative tasks
  • Good handling of specific tools such as video conferencing system, webex etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
