The role involves a strong background in B2B sales, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and securing repeat business through strategic partnerships. The candidate will be responsible for business planning, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also analyze market trends and coordinate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential creative agencies for partnerships Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at creative agencies Negotiate and close partnership agreements that align with our growth objectives Maintain and strengthen relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term collaboration Monitor and report on partnership performance to ensure mutual success Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and creative) to ensure seamless partnership execution Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand market presence.Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in business development, preferably within the creative, advertising, or AI industries. Strong networking and communication skills with a track record of building lasting professional relationships. Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Knowledge of Indias creative agency landscape. Creativity and innovation in the approach to problem-solving and partnership development. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation. Familiarity with CRM Tools.,
