A leading firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its Business Acceptance team in Singapore, handling compliance-related tasks and ensuring organizational effectiveness. The Firm's in-house legal function is headed by the General Counsel and comprises a Business Acceptance team and the Risk Management team; the Firm is looking to further grow and support these functions.
This role will primarily provide administrative assistance to the Business Acceptance team, supporting the Singapore and APAC regions. Due to the global structure of the firm, there may be occasional duties for other offices in different time zones, such as during UK bank holidays in London.
This position is suitable for someone seeking a second career opportunity or with some exposure to compliance, such as a legal EA or company secretarial assistant. It may also appeal to individuals in compliance analyst roles or similar in professional services aiming to progress.
