Job summary

LANDMARK E&C PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a bus technician to perform preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs on our fleet.

You will diagnose faults, inspect engines, brakes, and other components, and ensure vehicles are safe for daily operations. You will use diagnostic equipment and workshop tools, maintain records, and cooperate with supervisors and fellow technicians. The role requires at least 1 year in transportation or automotive industry, with 6-month initial term and possible

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience in transportation or automotive industry.
• Willingness to commit to 6 months with option to extend for another 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance, servicing and repairs for buses.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
• Inspect and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, air-conditioning and other bus components.
• Perform replacement and overhaul of faulty components when required.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure buses are safe and roadworthy.
• Attend to roadside breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs or recovery arrangements.
• Use diagnostic equipment and workshop tools to identify and rectify faults.
• Maintain accurate records of servicing, repairs and parts replaced.
• Ensure workshop tools, equipment and work areas are properly maintained.
• Follow all company safety procedures and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Work closely with supervisors and other technicians to ensure buses are maintained and ready for daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Have working experience in transportation or automotive industry, minimum one (1) year of experience
• Work minimum six (6) months with an option of extension for another six (6) months
• $1,300 to $1,800 based on experience
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
