Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with outsourced maintenance team and ensure good maintenance standards rendered in accordance with KPIs set by relevant government agencies and statutory boards.
  • Prepare and assist on regular audits, development and other facilities related issues.
  • Assist in contract administration for tender documents and invitation to quote
  • Term contractor management for day to day maintenance works.
  • Minor project works
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent) with 3 years in the construction and or built environment industry and performing a role in project management.
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies, framework, and standards with track record of successful deliveries in the construction/built environment sector.
  • Able to handle general management of vendors including maintenance term contractors.
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Efficient and Effective communicative team player and self-starter.
  • Candidates whom have worked in a FM role with retrofitting experience will have an advantage.
