Qualifications

• Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) issued by recognized maritime authority.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on board bunker tanker operating in Singapore.
• STCW-compliant certification (Basic Safety, Advanced Fire Fighting, Medical First Aid, Tanker Familiarization).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe navigation and operation of bunker tanker.
• Oversee bunkering operations including pre-bunker checks and cargo transfer.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports, communicate with office and port authorities.

Job Description:

1.Safe navigation and operation of bunker tanker within Singapore port limits

2. Ensure compliance with MPA, IMO,ISM code and company safety procedures

3. Oversee bunkering operations including pre-bunker checks, cargo transfer and documentation

4. Maintain accurate logs, reports and communication with office/port authority

5. Ensure vessel readiness for inspections, audits and surveys.

Requirements:

1. Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) for the role issued by recognized maritime authority

2. Minimum 3 years of experience onboard bunker tanker operating in Singapore

3. STCW-complaint certification (Basic Safety, Advance Fire Fighting, Medical First Aid. Tanker Familiarization etc)
