A maritime fuel management company in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to operate a bunker tanker. The role involves ensuring safe navigation, compliance with maritime regulations, and overseeing bunkering operations. Candidates must have a valid Certificate of Competency (COC) and at least 3 years of experience on bunker tankers. Qualifications

• Valid COC issued by a recognized maritime authority.
• Minimum of 3 years experience onboard bunker tankers in Singapore.
• STCW-compliant certifications in Basic Safety, Advance Fire Fighting, Medical First Aid, and Tanker Familiarization.

Responsibilities

• Safely navigate and operate the bunker tanker within Singapore port limits.
• Ensure compliance with MPA, IMO, ISM code and company safety procedures.
• Oversee bunkering operations including pre-bunker checks and cargo transfer.
• Maintain accurate logs and communication with office/port authority.
• Ensure vessel readiness for inspections, audits and surveys.
