Job Responsibilities

  • Candidate must be able to supervise , coordinate and monitor project management works, renovation, A&A, infrastructure Improvement and upgrading related works.

  • Constantly supervise, control and coordinate work according to plans to ensure timeliness and high quality.

  • Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure quality standard of work and on-time delivery of materials according to schedule/design specification.

  • Oversee project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.

  • Attend / Conduct project meetings with operations team / clients / consultants, contractors etc.

  • Monitor progress and ensure all projects are executed smoothly and on time.

  • Liaise closely with sub-contractors, architects, consultants and relevant authorities to ensure smooth execution of project works. Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

  • Providing regular progress updates and reports to the management.

Requirements

  • Higher Nitec / Diploma / Bachelor degree in Building,Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, M&E Engineering or its equivalent ( Project Management, Construction Management)

  • 3 years of relevant experiences in project management/ Building works / facilities management / A&A works etc.

  • Team player and time management

  • Good communication skills
