Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in facilities/building maintenance industry.
• Must possess a Class 3 driving license (good to have).

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, control, and coordinate building services related works.
• Lead a team of supervisors and skilled workers.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors to meet requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide reports to management.
• Possess good knowledge of civil engineering and related works.
