Responsibilities:

• Working in a team to provide first-level support to daily operations in security, housekeeping, landscapes, pest control, carpark operation, and building maintenance.
• Supervise and inspect the works of the service providers.
• Work closely with the Building Manager/Executives to provide building resolutions recommendations during the fit-out phase or when tenants escalate non-standard matters.
• Response/operate the fire alarm system in Fire Command Centre (FCC).
• Monitor CCTV, card access system, report any incidents or faults immediately.
• Attend and manage any emergencies on site.

Requirements:

• Candidates with security experience are welcome to apply.
• Team-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform 12-hour shifts. (Work 2 days 7am-7pm, off 2 days, work 2 days 7pm-7am, off 2 days)
