REQUIREMENTS
- Work location: East or North Side.
- Candidates with a driving license are welcome.
- Candidate with Fire Safety Manager Certification is preferable.
- Holding BMSMA Certification with completed Module from BCA.
- Relevant experience as MCST Building Manager / FSM preferred.
- Minimum Diploma in Facility Management/Building Services.
- Preferred 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management/Building Services and Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Good communication skills and ability to relate to different levels of people.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in Facility Management.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage multiple site projects, both with and without on-site personnel.
- Ensure all fire and safety equipment are maintained in good condition.
- Develop and implement evacuation plans for emergencies.
- Conduct regular fire safety inspections.
- Enforce safety codes, regulations, and guidelines within the organization.
- Assist superiors with matters related to the administration of development projects, especially regarding the Building and Common Property (Maintenance & Management) Act and the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.
- Ensure compliance with building rules, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Keep superiors informed about maintenance, management issues, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare documents for AGM and EGM, including legal searches on property titles.
- Chair AGM meetings, follow up with council meetings, and record minutes.
- Handle all follow-up actions and correspondence promptly.
- Coordinate with developers, contractors, and government authorities.
- Maintain proper records of complaints, queries, and suggestions from proprietors and tenants, and foster good relationships.
- Respond to feedback and complaints within 3 days.
- Conduct daily inspections according to a weekly schedule.
- Oversee daily site operations and address on-site matters efficiently.
