Building Manager (Commercial Building)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team and manage outsourced services to ensure quality work and routine maintenance.
2. Perform regular inspections for cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness and follow up on rectifications and recommend improvements.
3. Handle budget planning, manage reports, review contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and oversee quotations/tenders for maintenance and repairs.
4. Ensure compliance with regulations, conduct fire evacuation drills, and maintain fire protection systems.
5. Coordinate with authorities, secure licenses, maintain records, and attend to additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Building Management or equivalent.
2. At least 4 years of working experience in handling Commercial Buildings.
3. Possess strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
