A leading company in building management is seeking a building manager to oversee and maintain their facilities. You will be responsible for managing multiple buildings, ensuring a secure and clean environment, and leading projects to improve infrastructure. Ideal candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and a minimum of 3 years experience in building management.
As the building manager, you are responsible for the management and maintenance of our buildings and infrastructure to ensure our facilities are functional, secure and clean.
Job Responsibilities
Managing two or more building facilities.
Lead projects to improve on building works ( such as Office renovations works, set up new business facilities, manage Solar Panels installation projects)
Building facilities
Plan, schedule and supervise maintenance activities
Follow up on corrective maintenance works to minimize downtime and maintain a functional, secure and clean environment.
Liaise with maintenance contractors and suppliers
manage a team of facility technicians.
Manage the security of the premises, ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
Ensure facility site is clean, well-maintained.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experiences in Building management.
Keen to learn and interested in people and environment.
Proficient in using computer systems and software.
Good problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Keen to learn and accept new challenges.
