Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the night shift operations team, ensuring effective execution of maintenance tasks and adherence to safety protocols.

• Facilities Management: Oversee the operation of critical systems, including power generation, water treatment, and sewage systems. Monitor asset performance and coordinate with contractors for any scheduled overnight work.

• Emergency Response: Act as the primary Site Incident Controller during the night shift, managing initial responses to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, and security breaches until the arrival of appropriate emergency services.

• Issue Resolution: Address and respond promptly to feedback and urgent service requests from clients, staff, or automated systems. Coordinate with on-duty technicians or relevant contractors to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

• Incident Analysis: Investigate and analyze any breakdowns or faults occurring during the night shift, implement immediate containment measures, and gather information to prevent future occurrences.

• Reporting: Compile and analyze operational data related to night shift activities, system performance, and incidents. Prepare comprehensive reports to ensure a smooth handover to the day shift team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Additional Duties: Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor, particularly those requiring attention during night hours.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Building, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management or M&E operations.

• Possession of a Fire Safety Manager Certification is preferred.

• Experience in Integrated Facilities Management is advantageous.

• Ability to commence work immediately or within a short notice period is a plus.
