Job Summary:
- Availability to work:
- Monday to Friday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
- Saturday: Morning shift
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience required
- Expected salary: $4,500 - $6,500 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead awareness campaigns for green initiatives, environmental, and water management programs
- Develop and manage Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle strategies with tenant participation, aligned with corporate policies
- Ensure efficient operation of all plants, equipment, and systems within the building for safety and efficiency
- Formulate and implement sustainability management plans in line with BCA’s Green Mark and LEED certification requirements
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure compliance for Green Mark verifications and re-certification
- Engage with government agencies, owners, tenants, and visitors on sustainability issues
- Organize Green Committee meetings to share data, best practices, and initiatives, and to organize green activities
- Analyze utility consumption (Electricity, Water, Chilled Water) and implement measures to reduce wastage and improve efficiency
- Able to join within short notice
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of operations, maintenance, and local ordinances for Green Building Operations
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Proven organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional certification in sustainability, ACMV, and/or energy management
- Green Mark Facilities Manager (GMFM) / SCEM training preferred
- Experience with Green Mark & LEED certification processes
- Green Mark accredited professional registered with Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC)
