As the building manager, you are responsible for the management and maintenance of our buildings and infrastructure to ensure our facilities are functional, secure and clean.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing two or more building facilities.

  • Lead projects to improve on building works ( such as Office renovations works, set up new business facilities, manage Solar Panels installation projects)

  • Building facilities

    • Plan, schedule and supervise maintenance activities

    • Follow up on corrective maintenance works to minimize downtime and maintain a functional, secure and clean environment.

    • Liaise with maintenance contractors and suppliers

    • manage a team of facility technicians.

    • Manage the security of the premises, ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.

    • Ensure facility site is clean, well-maintained.

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experiences in Building management.

  • Keen to learn and interested in people and environment.

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.

  • Good problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Keen to learn and accept new challenges.
