The Building Manager, reporting to the Senior Property Manager, is responsible for managing the Engineering department and all M&E service contractors to ensure the smooth and efficient running of Paya Lebar Quarter.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Property Manager in aspects of building maintenance and to ensure the smooth operation of the centre, including preventive maintenance schedules, performance of all service contractors, and implementation of company policies.
  • Work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure the centre’s M&E meets the required efficiency and complies with local codes and authorities regulations.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and documents.
  • Staff development and creation of a strong and efficient operations team.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Green Mark Building Requirement.
  • ACMV Knowledge.
  • Familiarity with FSSD code; knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with local code of practice for various M&E trades and local authorities regulation.
  • Familiarity with submission procedures to various authorities.
  • Financial Management skills, including budgeting and forecasting, will be an advantage.
