Swift Search Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dependable Facilities Technician to perform daily maintenance, diagnose faults and carry out repairs across building systems.

You will maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems, execute preventive maintenance, monitor tools and parts, and coordinate with external contractors.

The ideal candidate has NTC/NITEC in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years in facilities maintenance, and ability to read electrical drawings.

Competenze

NTC/NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.
Hands-on experience in basic electrical troubleshooting and repair works.
Able to read and understand electrical drawings.
Knowledge of air-conditioning, plumbing and building systems will be an advantage.
Able to work independently and handle maintenance issues.

Carry out daily maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works within the building.
