A leading facilities management company is looking for a Building & Facility Executive in Singapore. You will oversee all aspects of building facilities, ensuring safety, maintenance, and functionality. Responsibilities include supervising facility staff, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Facilities Management and at least three years of relevant experience. This role requires strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Job description

A Building & Facility Executive oversees all aspects of building facility functions and guarantees the safety, maintenance, and functionality of all facilities under the Company. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising the facility staff.

Job duties & responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee operational processes of all Company facility areas assigned, including maintenance, safety and cleanliness

· Work within budgetary and compliance parameters to ensure upkeep of building facilities

- Ensure legal compliance where needed

· Work closely and liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to implement cost-effective, simpler, and faster ways of carrying out facility upkeep, development and maintenance

· Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner

· Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operation

· Raise PO and certify job completion/delivery undertaken by contractors/vendors

· Manage and update online systems

· Assume any other facilities-related duties assigned by the management

Essential Skills and Experience:

• A Diploma/Degree holder in Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline and preferably with three (3) years of relevant experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities as specified

• Experience in performing simple jobs and is hands on to ensure planning to execution

• Team player, results-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful

• Possess good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills

• Ability to work on site in Tuas facility
