Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Property Developer
  • Position Title: Building Executive
  • Working Location: Buona Vista (Walk distance from MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 6pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowance + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure the building remains in optimal and functional condition, addressing issues or providing recommendations to management as needed.
  • Oversee operational areas such as security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, irrigation, lifts, carpark operations, building repairs, and fire safety.
  • Manage and regulate the use of shared facilities and amenities within the building.
  • Ensure that all building systems and components receive regular servicing by appointed contractors, according to planned schedules and work specifications.
  • Perform routine checks to uphold standards of cleanliness, signage, carpark operation, and overall building upkeep.
  • Coordinate prompt action on defects and propose improvements, working closely with the M&E team for necessary tests or inspections.
  • Serve as a member of the Company’s Emergency Response Team (CERT) for the property.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets for both operational and capital expenditures.
  • Inspect fire protection systems regularly, ensuring they are in proper working order, and follow up with corrective actions or recommendations when required.
  • Organize and execute fire drill exercises as part of safety compliance.
  • Liaise with tenants, the public, and authorities to facilitate improvement works and ensure compliance with building regulations.
  • Assist in contract management and procurement processes, maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the building and its contractors.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, respond to their feedback, and attend to emergencies outside of regular office hours when necessary.
