Job summary

A construction services firm in Singapore is seeking a Drafter to manage BIM data, create project templates, and coordinate among disciplines. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry and preferably LTA project experience. The role involves detailed documentation and teamwork, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in the construction industry with Drafter experience.
• Preferably has LTA project experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and maintain BIM data per project requirements.
• Create project template files to assure standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submissions to sub-contractors.
• Update the current revision status.
• Compile As-built drawing upon project completion.
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings.
• Detailing and documentation of working drawings.
• Perform any other duties assigned.

Job Requirement:

Minimum 2 years experience in construction industry and have relatable experiences on Drafter.

Able to work well in teams and independently.

Prefer candidate with LTA project experience.
