1. Arrange daily work schedules for workers and record timecards each day; process salary payments at the end of each month.
2. Follow the main contractor to inspect rebar and formwork.
3. Control quality, budget, and site progress.
4. Ability to work overtime when necessary.
5. Regularly inspect construction sites to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
6. Oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team. Responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance, and training new employees. Must also be able to perform first aid in emergencies.
