Job summary

SMK Construction PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Plumbing and Sanitary Supervisor to oversee and coordinate plumbing and sanitary works at construction sites.

The role involves supervising installation, repair and maintenance of water supply, drainage and sanitary piping systems, reading drawings, and ensuring compliance with drawings and standards. You will coordinate with subcontractors, workers and suppliers on site and monitor progress to meet schedule.

Qualifications

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing and sanitary works at construction sites.
• Coordinate installation, repair and maintenance of water supply, drainage and sanitary piping systems.
• Inspect plumbing and sanitary works to ensure they comply with drawings, specifications and required standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers and other contractors on site.
• Carry out site measurements, inspections and basic technical checks.
• Assist with minor construction, repair and renovation works.
• Monitor work progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule.
• Identify site issues and coordinate rectification works where required.
• Read and interpret basic construction, plumbing and sanitary drawings.
• Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and site regulations.
