A reputed bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional for managing Windows VM infrastructure. The role involves installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows VMware, alongside SQL clustering support. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in Windows and RHEL in DMZ, along with networking and SAN storage knowledge. This position promises challenging responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Intensive experience in supporting Windows for SQL Cluster is a must.

About the client:

Responsibilities:

• Managing and Operating Windows VM Infrastructure.
• Installation/Configuration/Hardening/Maintenance/Patching of Windows VMware.
• Maintain System Security, Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning
• Capacity Management and Preventive/Proactive Support.
• Incident/Change/Problem Management
• Provide system administration support and guidance for development team’s app configuration tasks
• Microsoft SQL Clustering Setup on Windows VM.

Requirement:

• Intensive experience in supporting Windows for SQL Cluster is a must
• Experience in supporting RHEL in DMZ is a must
• Professional understanding of networking related to RHEL and Windows
• Professional understanding of SAN Storage related to RHEL and Windows
• Good understanding of large Data Center Facilities operation
• Hands-On experience supporting various Infrastructure agents like NetBackup, BMC Patrol
• Cross-team collaboration with storage, network, security and application delivery
• Integrate the server automation process either by custom scripts or via third-party solutions (Chef)
