Daily operations such as cash handling, kitchen duties, and preparing beverages.
Attending to customers' orders and feedback.
Maintain outlet inventory and replenish when needed.
Maintain a clean & hygienic work environment.
Knowledge in Tea Barista.
Training of new staff.
Staff rostering.
Set SOP for good workflow between customers and operations.
Improve customer satisfaction and sales.
Liase and report to the director on P&L.
Basic computer knowledge.
Any other and HOC duties as assigned by the management.
Sunday and public holidays must work and do overtime.
