A leading company in the food and beverage industry is looking for an Outlet Manager. The role involves operational management, staff training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates will go through three months of training to learn Standard Operating Procedures and develop their managerial skills.
6 days work
First 3 months (Training) is learning SOP of making drink and handle business in the shop. Eventually candidates will trained to be outlet manager if they are capable. After three months they will learn what is described at description
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for operational and management of stall/kiosk, monitor and ensure smooth operations of his / her respective outlet.
• Manage the location's inventory, food, labour and operating costs Maintain consistency in quality of food & beverage service, cleanliness of his / her respective outlet.
• Streamline operations procedures to improve efficiencies and optimize profitability
• Assist in the development and implementation of new food items and marketing programs
• To suggest new improved ways to every aspect of the business operations, including food, service, staff image etc.
• To optimize manpower with proper planning and allocation
• Ensure high service standard and customer satisfaction
• Staff recruitment and training
• Motivate staff and enforcing staff discipline and compliance to policies Conduct / attend outlet meetings and training sessions as required
• Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage
SALES
1) To hit Daily/Monthly sales target
2) Execute Effective Marketing & promotion daily
3) Ensure customer service standard
4) Execute 5S implementation and ensure it's effectiveness
5) Ensure all Crew Member to make Quality of drinks to meet company standard
MANPOWER
1) In charge new crew training, crew discipline
2) Daily Manpower arrangement
3) Control manpower costing, email manpower planning by weekly basis to HQ
4) Take attendance of crew & submit to HR in correct method
STOCK: Control & monitor Stock level, ordering & receiving
ADMIN
1) Make sure daily report send in time and accurate
2) Check & validate daily report & mthly report, time card and other report related before submit to HQ
3 Bank in daily sales (if applicable ), and make sure all kiosk must bank in daily basis
4) Costing control for kiosk operation.
5) Liaise with respective complex management to settle matters related to that kiosk
