Job description

Job Description:

  • Ownership of the Growth, Retention and Profitability of the portfolio assigned
  • Responsible for preparing & negotiating quotes for all business lines (new business and renewals)
  • Handle General Insurance enquiries from clients or business partners on policy matters
  • Understand the client's insurance needs and provide proper advice
  • Follow up with existing clients for policy renewals
  • Handle general administrative tasks and ensure proper documentation, records, and filing
  • Check policy contracts, endorsements, invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulations and internal procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and clients
  • Undertake any ad hoc duties/tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate in General Insurance and Health Insurance
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
  • Motivated with a pleasant personality
  • No experience in the insurance industry is acceptable, but the candidate must obtain the CGI if employed
