Job Description:
Ownership of the Growth, Retention and Profitability of the portfolio assigned
Responsible for preparing & negotiating quotes for all business lines (new business and renewals)
Handle General Insurance enquiries from clients or business partners on policy matters
Understand the client's insurance needs and provide proper advice
Follow up with existing clients for policy renewals
Handle general administrative tasks and ensure proper documentation, records, and filing
Check policy contracts, endorsements, invoices to ensure accuracy
Ensure all activities comply with regulations and internal procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and clients
Undertake any ad hoc duties/tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Certificate in General Insurance and Health Insurance
At least 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
Motivated with a pleasant personality
No experience in the insurance industry is acceptable, but the candidate must obtain the CGI if employed
